We are seeking a talented and personable Hairstylist to join our vibrant salon team. Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, and styling treatments tailored to client preferences
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering expert recommendations
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Upsell additional salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling retail sales
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their results and address any concerns promptly
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and sanitation protocols through ongoing training
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell products and services in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience in retail sales within a beauty or retail setting is a plus
- Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments and client inquiries
