Responsibilities
- Lead and support the production team in daily operations.
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Help maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to keep production running smoothly.
- Identify and help solve production issues, delays, and bottlenecks.
- Support training, coaching, and ongoing development of team members.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and overall workflow.
- Encourage teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the shop.
Qualifications
- Experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize people, priorities, and processes effectively.
- Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Experience in a powder coating and paint line environment would be greatly beneficial.
- Experience in coatings, finishing, or a similar industrial manufacturing environment is an asset.

Pay: $54,854.78-$60,000.00 per year
