Job Overview
We’re looking for a warm, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Dessert Shop Server / Coordinator to join our team for weekdays and weekend shift.
As the face of 6 Cloud, you’ll help welcome customers, serve desserts with care, and create a positive in-store experience that reflects our brand’s joyful and creative spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Support smooth daily shop operations during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness, product quality, and overall shop presentation
- Process customer orders and payments accurately
- Support teamwork and communication during busy periods
- Handle customer feedback politely and professionally
- Arrive on time and ready for scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic POS or cashier experience is preferred
- Experience in retail, café, or food service is preferred
- Passion for desserts and hospitality
