About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented and personable Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for our customers and wholesale retail partners. This is a hands-on, in-office role that spans customer care, order management, wholesale outreach and occasional brand representation at trade events across Canada.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing day-to-day administrative tasks as they are engaging professionally with wholesale buyers and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
- Respond to customer and wholesale partner inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Process and manage orders accurately using QuickBooks
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders and follow-ups
- Support the shipping and fulfillment team during peak periods including packing, labelling and order preparation
Wholesale & Sales Support
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to wholesale retail accounts
- Complete new vendor onboarding forms and wholesale partner paperwork
- Assist in coordinating wholesale account communications and special requests
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and account documentation
Brand Representation
- Represent Bee By The Sea professionally as a brand ambassador at trade shows, pop-up markets and industry events
- Assist with trade show logistics including travel coordination, booth setup and post-show follow-up
- Travel occasionally for events approximately one to two times per month
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support or administrative roles
- Experience with QuickBooks or a strong willingness to learn quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and warm tone
- Comfortable conducting outbound calls to business accounts in a confident and courteous manner
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Friendly, presentable and confident representing a brand in a professional setting
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and events
- Valid driver's licence considered an asset
