We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic child care staff to join our team. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for outdoor learning, nature, the arts and working with children!
We are seeking someone to provide shift coverage when and where needed.
We are seeking someone to start immediately for until Aug 28 2026. This position is guaranteed 30 hours a week and could be up to 44 hours. The candidate must be available Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 5:30pm. This position may turn into permanent and extend beyond August 28 2026.
As this role requires the candidate to travel between our centres, they must have reliable transportation.

Reports to centre supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Provide quality care to children ages 12 months to 5 years
* Actively engage with children and ensure supervision & safety at all times
* Plans and implements programming based on centre philosophy
* Complete documentation of learning experiences/observations of the children
* Complete child care centre app updates (Lillio)
* Able to lift frequently (up to 50lbs)
* Willing and able to work outside for at least 2 hours per day year round
Requirements:
Cost of obtaining certifications will be covered by the company.
* Over 18 years of age
* Up to date Standard First Aid & CPR "C"
* Successful Completion of Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
* Up to date immunizations
*Food Handler's not required but an asset - willing to obtain
* Have reliable transportaiton
*Available Monday to Friday
Pay: $22.00 per hour
