Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor specializing in telecommunications to lead and oversee field operations on complex telecom projects. This role requires a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and technical expertise in telecommunications infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure project safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating teams and resources to meet project objectives.
Duties/Requirements
- 5 years experience in the cable industry preferably with directional drilling and excavating.
- Supervise daily construction activities on telecommunications sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within deadlines as well as monitoring costs to stay within project budget
- Ability to review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide installation and construction processes.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets industry standards and client specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of construction.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to field personnel, fostering a productive team environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, issues, and changes for reporting purposes.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
