Independent Sales Representative / Closer – Simracing & Motorsport (Bilingual FR/EN)

Compensation: Base retainer ($1,000 – $1,500 CAD/month) + Sales Commissions (3% to 7%)

ProSimu is a leading manufacturer of high-end dynamic motion simulators. We design and build multi-axis actuator systems and rigid chassis delivering ultra-realistic driving sensations for motorsport enthusiasts, professional drivers, and commercial venues (simulation centers, corporate events).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Promptly follow up with and qualify inbound leads generated from our marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, website inquiries).
- Sales Presentations: Conduct discovery calls, showcase our dynamic motion platforms, and guide clients toward the best simulator configurations for their needs.
- Closing: Draft commercial quotes, maintain proactive follow-ups with warm leads, and close high-ticket sales.
- Pipeline Management: Keep sales tracking (CRM) up to date and report on pipeline performance.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken communication in both French and English (essential).
- Motorsport & Simracing Passion: Strong background or active interest in automotive racing and simracing equipment (a major asset for connecting with our community).
- Sales Track Record: Proven experience in consultative sales, high-ticket product presentation, and closing deals (B2C & B2B).
- Autonomy: Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and effective working remotely.
