Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient recovery across diverse clinical environments, including post-acute care, orthopedics, geriatrics, and neurology/vestibular cases. This is an independent contractor position with contract terms available for negotiation.
Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to facilitate recovery.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and therapeutic modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care in outpatient facility.
- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments provided, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Uphold safety protocols and hygiene standards within clinical environments while fostering a compassionate approach to patient care.
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist in outpatient clinics or hospital settings with a focus on orthopedics, geriatrics and/or neurology.
- Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and therapeutic techniques relevant to physiotherapy practice.
- Experience delivering post-acute care services and managing sub-acute patient needs.
- Sub-acute care experience that emphasizes patient-centered approaches for diverse populations enhances suitability for this role.

Pay: $72,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
