Job Summary
Join our energetic outdoor play and dog walking team as a Company Assistant dedicated to providing exceptional care and fun for our furry clients! In this role, you will assist with daily dog walks, outdoor play sessions, pick up and drop offs and ensuring each pet’s safety and happiness. Your enthusiasm for animals, strong customer service skills, and love for outdoor activities will help create positive experiences for both dogs and their owners. This paid position offers a lively environment where you can make a real difference in pets’ lives while enjoying the great outdoors. This position also includes assisting with online marketing and website updates.
Duties
- Assist with scheduled dog walks, outdoor play sessions, and exercise routines to keep pets active and engaged
- Ensure the safety and well-being of dogs during all activities by monitoring behavior and surroundings
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to pet owners, answering questions and updating them on their pets’ activities
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and outdoor spaces used during play sessions
- Follow established safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment for pets and staff
- Help with organizing supplies, scheduling appointments, and coordinating daily activities with team members
- Report any concerns or incidents promptly to supervisors to ensure prompt resolution
- Online marketing assistance with website updates/SEO and Social Media.
Qualifications
- Passion for animals with a friendly, energetic attitude toward outdoor activities and pet care
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members
- Ability to stand, walk, run, and be active outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Reliable, responsible, with a keen eye for detail and safety awareness
- Previous experience working with animals or in customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid BC Drivers License with clean Drivers Abstract
- Criminal Record Check
- K9 First Aid is asset

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
