Production Team Lead

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime as required
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Team Lead to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead production employees, assist supervisors with daily execution, and help ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate production employees on the floor
- Organize daily workflow and maintain production efficiency
- Support production targets and output requirements
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and safety standards
- Complete and review production paperwork
- Report downtime, quality concerns, staffing issues, and equipment problems
- Assist with production start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns
- Coach employees and maintain accountability
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors, QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging, or food processing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and workplace safety practices
- Dependable, mature, and able to solve problems under pressure
- Supervisory experience is an asset but not required if you have demonstrated leadership experience

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
