About the Job:
Full-time maintenance Handyman - Immediate opening.
Position: Maintenance Handyperson (not live in)
The primary role of the Maintenance Handyperson is to:

Complete approved maintenance work orders in a residential housing community within the established timelines.

Maintain the physical condition of the housing community's property, equipment, building, and facilities.

Maintain, service, and repair all equipment and facilities.
-
Maintain the storage yard and shed to established standards.
-
Conduct routine scheduled property inspections.
-
Schedule and coordinate on-site contractors for approved services.
-
Complete and submit all required reports (property inspection, inventory, work order status, etc.).

Assist and support the Management Office Staff when required.

Work to be performed does not include work that requires a license (plumbing, electrical, etc.).

Key Qualifications:

Medium-level plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and electrical skills.

Successfully pass a police vulnerable sector background check.

Use of reliable vehicle an asset

Person living close to Richmond Hill preferred.
Pay: The rate is $23 to $25 per hour based on skills and experience
