We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic front-of-house team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have an exceptional and memorable dining experience from start to finish.We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Experienced servers are preferred, but experience is not required—we welcome fast learners and are happy to fully train the right individual with a positive attitude!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Guest Hospitality: Welcome and seat guests warmly, present menus, and introduce daily food and beverage specials.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them efficiently into our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Menu Expertise: Answer guest questions regarding ingredients, potential food allergies, and dietary restrictions.
- Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve meals and drinks promptly from the kitchen to tables according to safety and presentation standards.
- Table Maintenance: Clear, wipe down, and reset dining tables quickly to prepare for incoming guests.
- Financial Transactions: Calculate guest bills, process cash or credit card payments accurately, and issue receipts.
- Side Work & Tidiness: Complete opening, closing, or running shift duties, including rolling silverware and keeping the service station clean.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Experience: Previous restaurant serving experience is an asset, but no experience is necessary if you have a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact positively with guests and kitchen staff.
- Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Legal Certifications: Must meet local minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (and possess or be willing to obtain local alcohol server certification if applicable).
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
