We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Utilize software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace for bookkeeping, report generation, and correspondence
- Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and assist with calendar management
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and ensuring excellent service standards
- Assist with medical or dental office administrative tasks such as patient check-in/out, insurance verification, and record keeping (if applicable)
- Support administrative projects including filing systems organization and document preparation
- Maintain organizational efficiency through effective time management and task prioritization
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills including data entry, document proofreading, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions and client support
- Clerical experience in an office setting; experience in medical or dental offices is advantageous
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and correspondence
- Organizational skills necessary for filing systems management and appointment scheduling
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards
Pay: $51,293.67-$54,185.68 per year
