Lucullus Bakery is looking for a friendly, energetic Bakery Clerk / Front-of-House Team Member to join our Toronto Premium Outlets location. This is a permanent, part-time position primarily intended for applicants who are available on weekends.
Lucullus Bakery has been serving traditional Hong Kong buns and pastries since 1991. We focus on freshness, taste, quality, cleanliness, and creating a welcoming experience that keeps our customers smiling with every bite.
Pay: $17.60 per hour, increasing to $17.95 per hour effective October 1, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Help customers select baked goods, beverages, and other products
- Explain products, ingredients, promotions, and new offerings
- Enter orders and process payments using the point-of-sale system
- Prepare hot and cold specialty beverages and made-to-order items
- Recommend drinks and additional products
- Restock and organize products and supplies
- Keep display cases, counters, seating areas, floors, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized
- Complete assigned opening and closing duties
- Respond professionally to customer questions or concerns
- Support other team members wherever needed

Previous customer-service, cashier, café, restaurant, or food-service experience is an asset but is not required. Food-handler certification is also an asset but is not required.
Physical requirements:
This is an active position involving extended periods of standing and walking, frequent use of both hands, bending and reaching, and occasional lifting and moving of supplies.
