HIRING for MHE Operator | Raymond Reach & Counterbalance
Location: South East, Calgary
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring experienced MHE / Raymond Reach/Counterbalance Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations. We are looking for reliable candidates with strong Raymond Reach experience and experience operating sit-down counterbalance forklifts and working in Shipping & Receiving.
Available Shifts
Day Shift – Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- $19.50/hour
- Raymond Reach and sit-down counterbalance experience required
- Shipping & Receiving experience preferred
Afternoon Shift – Raymond Reach Operator
- Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- $21.00/hour
- Responsible for assembling and preparing orders for next-day shipping
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Raymond Reach forklifts and other MHE
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform receiving, order picking, shipping and inventory control
- Complete cycle counts and move pallets throughout the warehouse
- Maintain productivity, accuracy and service-level targets
- Follow SOPs and all workplace safety procedures
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe
- Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and work at heights as required
- Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Raymond Reach/Counterbalance forklift certification with Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant forklift experience
- Experience with RF scanners/WMS systems such as Red Prairie is an asset
- Sit-down counterbalance experience required for the day shift
- Shipping & Receiving experience is an asset
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
