About the Role:
We are looking for a highly productive, diagnostic-driven 310S technician to join our busy shop. You already know your way around a bay and what the daily grind entails; we are here to offer an environment that rewards your efficiency and respects your skill. We are looking for someone with a strong diagnostic process. Experience on all makes and models, or specialized experience with specific makes is an asset. We prioritize a thriving shop culture. The ideal candidate brings great energy, collaborates openly, and lifts up the team around them.
The Offer:
- Compensation: $38 - $48/hour Flat Rate (depending on experience)
- Stability: Guaranteed pay and lots of available work.
- Work-Life Balance: No mandatory weekends. Four day work week (4-10s)

What We Need From You:
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License.
