Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Head Coach to oversee the daily operations of our coaching department at our F45 studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage studio staff, ensuring high standards of service and performance
- Promote the F45 brand
- Studio daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Address member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and participate in community events to enhance studio visibility
- Support trainers in delivering high-quality F45 classes
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
- Personal training or group training experience
- Fitness coaching certification
- Active first aid certification
