RevoCast, our new aluminum remelting facility, is seeking versatile Casthouse Operators to support all stages of the casting process, from raw material preparation through casting and final product finishing. This role is hands-on and requires flexibility to work across furnace operations, casting, and downstream finishing to meet production, safety, and quality requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures, risk assessments, and standard work for molten metal handling and production activities.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, equipment, and tools.
- Identify and report safety, quality, or process issues promptly.
- Receive, handle, and organize raw and alloying materials for production.
- Prepare metal batches according to production plans and specifications.
- Operate furnace systems, including charging, stirring, skimming, and metal transfer.
- Take and identify metal samples for analysis.
- Prepare casting equipment including tables, molds, launders, and degassing systems.
- Start, monitor, and complete casting processes in line with procedures.
- Monitor product quality during casting and adjust to maintain standards.
- Perform post-cast activities including cleaning, inspection, and preparation for the next run.
- Saw, mark, bundle, and prepare billets for storage or shipment.
- Inspect finished products and report defects or non-conformance.
- Maintain accurate product identification, traceability, and documentation.
- Transport and store materials safely using approved equipment.
- Complete production, batch, and traceability records accurately.
- Support testing activities (e.g., OES sampling, ultrasonic testing, process checks).
- Identify and escalate quality deviations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, metals processing, or industrial environments preferred.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, shift-based environment.
