The Big Box - Family Entertainment Hub, is looking for Floor Supervisors/general manager for their new south facility. We are looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals with high energy and a passion for delivering superior guest service to families of all ages and is available for full time work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the entertainment centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Knowledge of entertainment operations, including conflict resolution and customer service.
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and supervise staff effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

In addition, for training phase, you will be required to come to Northeast Location for first month.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory role
- Proficiency in POS systems, purchasing, and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
- Familiarity with retail sales, pricing strategies, and merchandising techniques
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
