We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team for a full-time, year-round position.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual with a valid Ontario Full G driver's licence to operate company vehicles and assist with both summer landscaping and winter snow removal operations.
This is a year-round position, with responsibilities changing seasonally.
Summer Responsibilities
- Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites.
- Perform lawn maintenance, trimming, edging, and property cleanups.
- Assist with landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, sod installation, and general property maintenance.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete daily inspections and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
Winter Responsibilities
- Operate pickup trucks equipped with snow plows and salt spreaders.
- Assist with sidewalk clearing using snow blowers and shovels.
- Apply de-icing materials as required.
- Respond to snow events during daytime, overnight, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
- Perform equipment inspections before and after each shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Full G Driver's Licence (required).
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Experience driving pickup trucks with trailers is considered an asset.
- Previous landscaping or snow removal experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays during the winter season.
