The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Procurement Co-ordinator to support our growing Build Projects team. This position plays a key role in procurement coordination, purchase order management, receiving activities, invoice reconciliation, and project cost tracking.
Working closely with Project Managers, Finance, Operations, and suppliers, you will ensure materials, equipment, and services are procured and delivered on schedule to support successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders for project materials, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate procurement activities to support project schedules and budgets.
- Track open purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines.
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and order status.
- Process receiving transactions and verify delivery documentation.
- Investigate and resolve shipment, quantity, pricing, and receiving discrepancies.
- Reconcile purchase orders, receiving records, invoices, and vendor statements.
- Assist with project cost tracking and procurement reporting.
- Provide procurement updates to project teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement, purchasing, project coordination, or related experience.
- Experience in construction, fabrication, industrial, energy, or project-based environments is considered an asset.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: $31.25-$36.05 per year
