Truly Nolen pest Control is North America’s Largest family owned Pest Control Company. Our local franchise is seeking 2-3 energetic, outgoing, enthusiastic individuals to add to our growing team. We are currently hiring entry level Pest Control Technicians. Successful candidates can transition into a full time year round role with us. This is a real opportunity for the right candidate(s) to build a long term career with us.
A Junior Pest Control Service Technician includes the following items;
· Utilizing your training to complete exterior spider controls for homes and structures
· Complete exterior portions of our four seasons programs
· Complete wasp/hornet applications as the season progresses
· Provide superior customer service to our customers through professional, friendly, helpful interactions with them.
· Sell these services to interested neighbors of clients who express interest at the job site
· Willingness to work on ladders from time to time
· There is a lot of walking, bending, kneeling with this position.
· This position does work outside and is subject to varying weather conditions.
The successful Candidate(s) shall have
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Valid , Full G Driver’s license with a relatively clean driving record
· Must be a minimum of nineteen years old for insurance purposes
· Strong communication skills and unwavering professionalism
· Some customer service/sales experience
· Desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally
· Willingness to adhere to a company dress code
Pest Control Experience
· Is an asset but not required
· We are prepared to train the right individual(s)
Hours of Operation
· Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.00 pm
· Occasionally the day may start earlier or finish later depending on the work load and
the customer’s needs.
Starting Remuneration
$21.00 to $23.00 per hour
