Job Description
Maintain and update budgets.
Assist Project Managers as needed with scheduling and documentation.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Maintain inventory of products.
Phone calls and direct calls accordingly.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Coordinate all permitting and inspections.
Obtain quotes and prepare purchase orders.
Assist the Development Manager.
Ensure all trades are paid on a timely basis.
Assist with distribution of contractor record drawings, change orders, etc. related to construction installations.
Maintains accurate and efficient filing system (electronic and paper).
Set up accounts, transfer utilities, ensure insurance is placed for all projects.
Administrative duties include photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents.
Monitor and respond in a timely manner to or direct emails to the person responsible.
Attending meetings as instructed, taking notes, and maintaining records as necessary.
Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
