Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks. This role requires a commitment to quality craftsmanship and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
Responsibilities
- Construct and install building frameworks.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for various projects.
- Execute masonry tasks as needed for specific projects.
- Consult team leaders and manager on construction plans
- Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
- Restore existing structures to maintain their integrity and appearance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction commercial industry.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor consistently throughout the workday.
- Familiarity with industrial construction carpentry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license may be required based on job location.
- Willing to relocate if necessary.
