We are looking for full-time Executive Sous Chef for the Thirsty Bear Kitchen + Bar.
What You’ll Do
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry
- Must be a team player with excellent time management and communication skills
- Be professional, accountable, flexible and responsive
- Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte
- Maintain and enhance the food products through creative menu development and presentation
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
- Support colleagues to ensure all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar position and environment
- Work well under pressure, meeting production schedules and timelines for service
- Reliable, responsible, and team-focused
- Strong communication and organization
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Able to always stay professional and guest-focused
- Maintain ongoing training and development of employees
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Contract Dates (Seasonal)
The contract will run from the beginning of May through October 15.
