1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the largest full service Junk Removal Company in North America. 180 Franchises, 5000 Truck Team Members and 3000 trucks across North America and Australia
We’re launching a St. John’s Metro franchise and looking for a hands-on operator to manage the daily operations from the cab of the truck, provide exceptional customer experience and lead a small team.

What You’ll Do
- Drive and lead business growth
- Estimate jobs and manage business activity
- Keep the truck & teams professional and organized
- Recruit, train & lead team members
- Market the business locally
Compensation + Equity
- $24-$28 Per Hour including tips and daily bonuses
- Quarterly Results Bonus
- Earn Equity Ownership
