Overview
Ontario's fastest growing Painting company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers , and generating sales for both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to effectively quote our services. Technical sales experience in home services is an asset.
Duties
- Work lead lists and prospect new opportunities.
- Build new and existing client relationships.
- Manage quoting and project scheduling accurately
- Communicate regularly with the project managers
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize opportunities
- Maintain organized notes and records of each project/opportunity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience
- Manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls
- Assist in scheduling newly closed projects as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in home service sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of services.
- Basic math and measuring skills for quoting
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive "Can Do" attitude.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication
- Technical sales experience is advantageous for explaining complex service features
Compensation
- This role is fully commission based. Typical sales representitives make between $75000.00 and $100000.00/year. All the training will be provided.
