We are seeking a driven, business-minded professional to lead sales, build strong partnerships, engage with customers, and create compelling content to expand our social media presence.
Position Overview
This is a sales-first role with a creative twist. You will be at the forefront of our business development—bringing in new clients, building lasting relationships, and boosting revenue—while also helping us showcase products through short videos and daily social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and retail sales in-store and online by engaging with customers, presenting products, and closing deals
- Follow up with customers daily to maintain relationships and increase repeat business
- Cold call new customers and leads to expand our client base
- Reach out to new leads daily to generate business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue
- Create and post daily short videos and engaging content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage social media platforms, respond to customer inquiries, and grow community engagement
- Work comfortably in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Outgoing, persuasive, and confident personality
- Comfortable speaking on camera and creating engaging video content
- Experience with social media platforms and basic video editing
- Bilingual (English + French) preferred
