The individual covering this role is responsible for end to end program management and execution oversight for Project Sol, ensuring delivery against TSA exit and integration milestones while maintaining business continuity.

Program Governance and Execution: Overall Project Management and reporting and managing workstreams to deliver on TSA exit timeline
Workstream Coordination & Application Migration: Maintain and govern the master application migration tracker, assign and manage workstream leads, validate priorities, migration timing, ownership, and dependencies across ~300 applications, and ensure discovery and knowledge transfer are completed on time.
Cross Functional Integration & Discovery Leadership: Leading End-to-end Process mapping workshops/walk the wall sessions
TSA Transition Execution: Leading the End-to-end transition of the TSA0
