Edge Bander Operator
We are a growing cabinet door manufacturer and are currently seeking a Skilled Edge Bander Operator to join our team. This role supports production flow while ensuring output meets specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate and adjust the Edge Bander to apply edging materials accurately
- Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders
- Inspect parts for quality and consistency
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience operating Edge Bander equipment
- Experience with high-end cabinet doors, panels, millwork or custom manufactured products is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Safety focused
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of woodworking processes and materials
- Ability to load and unload up to 60 pounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
