About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and well-established litigation practice. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload and work closely with experienced counsel on a variety of insurance defense matters.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–4 years of experience in insurance defense.
- The ability to independently manage a caseload
- Experience conducting examinations for discovery, mediations, pre-trial conferences, and motions
- Experience with LAT case conferences and/or hearings
- Small Claims Court experience is considered an asset
