Seeking a Principal Salesforce Financial Services Cloud expert with over 15 years of experience to lead design architecture and implementation of scalable FSC solutions within the Salesforce Industry Cloud family
Job Description
Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud FSC solutions tailored for financial services domains such as banking wealth management and insurance Define and implement FSC data models including Person Accounts Business Accounts Financial Accounts and Relationship Groups Develop and enforce best practices for FSC customization using Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Aura and Salesforce Flows Oversee integration strategies with core banking policy administration and external financial systems using RESTSOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft Ensure data security and compliance aligned with industry regulations and Salesforce security models FLS OWD Sharing Rules Guide FSC platform upgrades new feature adoption and roadmap planning to maintain system scalability and performance Collaborate with architects business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams ensuring adherence to coding standards deployment pipelines and DevOps best practices
Roles and Responsibilities
Own endtoend FSC solution architecture covering Retail and Commercial Banking Wealth Management and Insurance verticals
Lead technical design sessions architecture reviews and governance forums to ensure solution quality and alignment
Customize and configure FSC features such as Actionable Relationship Center ARC Interaction Summaries and Life Events
Develop Apex classes triggers LWC components batch jobs and scheduled processes to support FSC workflows
Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations including flows validation rules approval processes and security settings
Design and manage integrations with external systems ensuring data consistency transaction integrity and performance
Oversee unit testing code reviews and deployment activities using CICD tools like Copado Gearset or Jenkins
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide ongoing application support and enhancements Promote adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies within the FSC development lifecycle

Compensation range: $129,191.00 to $171,633.00 per year
