Excell Self Storage is seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the position of FT Permanent Manager for our state-of-the-art self-storage facility in Abbotsford. This site consists of approximately 730 units within a three-storey building as well as exterior storage for RV's and other vehicles. Complete management of facility is required including coordinating with site security and maintenance of grounds and building.
Ideal candidates will have experience in the following:
Professional Training/Experience
- Past Self Storage/Property Management Experience preferred (90,000 SF Building and site)
- Sales – minimum 3-years preferred
- Accounting/Bookkeeping – must provide support
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Management – Property/Business/Staff
- Proactive Self Starter
- Employee Management – Hiring/On-boarding/Training/Team Building/Off-Boarding
Software
- SiteLink Software
- Storlogix Software
- Moneris or similar payment systems experience plus POS
- MS Office 365 Suite
A criminal record check is required.
Wages will be negotiable depending on experience.
There will be a 6-month probationary period for review.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year negotiated
Schedule: 8-hour day shift Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm daily and opened 7-days/wk)
Ability to commute/relocate to Abbotsford, BC
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
