We are seeking a Team Lead in our Production Department to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes and supporting various departments in the evening shift from 2 PM to 12 PM, Monday to Thursday with overtime when required.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist in coordinating operational activities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
Required:
- Spanish speaking a must
- Excellent communication abilities
- Forklift counter balance certified with clamp experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Must be mechanically inclined to understand conveyor systems and compacting machines
-Understand procedures and health and safety initiatives.
