Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations, managing financial records, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications
- Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and reconciling accounts
- Support administrative functions including filing, document proofreading, and organizing files
- Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette and direct support to clients or patients
- Assist with appointment scheduling and coordinate calendar activities
- Maintain organized office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains tidy and efficient
- Answer telephone lines and take calls for orders.
Experience
- Prior office experience with administrative responsibilities is required
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace is essential
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks is highly desirable
- Customer service experience, especially in front desk or support roles, is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent typing speed and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all documents
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer support interactions
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
