Position Details
This position reports to the Housing Front Office Supervisor. The incumbent is required to liaise with various University departments on a consistent basis. Accountable for Housing office administrative support including but not limited to room offers, assignments, data entry, statistical reporting, and cash handling. This position will participate in recruitment events, including some overnight travel.
This position will be the lead responsible for the management of software systems and online services utilized by Housing and Conference and Event Services. The position will work collaboratively and liaison between on-campus IT specialists, Housing and Conference Services staff and off-campus system administrators for various software and online services. This position will also assist with administrative duties during peak times in the Housing office.
This position is front facing and student focused. They will have a professional attitude and be able to work well with others in a collaborative team environment in a fast-based environment dedicated to supporting just under 1000 students living on campus.
The University of Lethbridge is undertaking a job classification review for Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) positions. As such, the classification level currently assigned for this position may be adjusted as a result of this project.
Position Qualifications
College Diploma and or relevant combination of education and work experience.

- Knowledge of BANNER, MS Office, STARREZ, and Outlook

Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)
$4,088.00 - $4,549.00 monthly
Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)
$4,088.00 - $5,010.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 7)
