We are looking for passionate cat lovers to join our team, particularly if you have had work experience at a animal shelters or animal hospitals/vet clinics.
As a Cat Care assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in various play activities with the cats
- Assisting cats with basic needs (feeding, brushing, nail trimming, giving medications, litter cleaning, etc) and other necessary tasks as required
- Greeting customers, checking cats in and out, processing payments
- Cleaning premises to ensure a safe and clean environment for the cats
- Assisting with various administrative tasks like managing online bookings, communicating with customers over the phone and email.
- Opening the facilities in the morning and closing at the end of the work day when required
The ideal candidate has:
- A love for cats and a passion for animal welfare and passionate about cats.
- experience handling and caring for pets, either your own or through your previous work
- A strong attention to detail
- A flexible schedule and is able to come in to work on short notice (weekends is a must)
- A short commute and always be on-call in case of emergencies.
- A commitment to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all cats in our care.
- Experience such as vet tech, cat groomer, etc is a plus
