We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area remains clean and welcoming for guests, while supporting the waitstaff in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Clean and set tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and clearing away dishes as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Help with the organization of the kitchen and storage areas to ensure efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Support other staff members during busy periods to enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to details.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
