Duties
- Safely operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles in accordance with company policies and safety regulations
- Assist stranded motorists by providing roadside support, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery
- Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and emergency responders to coordinate vehicle recovery operations
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including details of vehicles recovered and services provided
- Perform basic automotive repairs or mechanical troubleshooting when necessary to facilitate vehicle recovery
- Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and safety procedures during all operations
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven mechanical knowledge of vehicles and towing equipment
- Experience operating forklift or similar machinery is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting roadside issues
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in commercial driving or roadside assistance is preferred

Pay: $4,000.00-$9,000.00 per month
