RSS Inc. is urgently hiring Counterbalance Forklift Operators for their leading clients' warehouse located in Mississauga, ON
This is a full-time job. Not open for students looking for part-time work.
Candidates MUST be eligible to work up to 40 hour/week or more on SIN.

Locations:
- Near Highway 401 and Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON
Weekly Schedule (Mon - Fri)
- 5:00 PM until finish. It could be between 2:00 AM to 4:30 AM or later, depending on work with Friday mornings finishing later with overtime
Specific Duties
- Drive a Counterbalance Forklift in a safe and efficient manner in a cross-dock LTL warehouse
- Strong experience as a loader, loading trailers, stacking in a LTL, Cross-dock warehouse
- Loading and unloading trailers, stacking, moving skids etc.
- Moving damaged products to designated physical location
- Using RF Scanner, manual order picking etc.
- Involves general labour, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all health and safety protocols
- Performs any other duties as directed by the supervisor or distribution manager
Qualifications:
- A valid license to operate Counterbalance forklift
- At least 3 years experience with Counterbalance Forklift in cross-dock warehouse environment
- Strong experience in loading, stacking, in Cross-dock warehouse preferred
- Experiencing in calculating loads, performing high-stacking, efficiently
- High school or equivalent
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Experience using R.F. Scanners
- Above average attention to detail
- Able to lift around 50 lbs
- A clear criminal check required.
