We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join the team at Shokunin or Nupo, one of Calgary’s most distinctive dining experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional beverage experiences while supporting team development and bar operations.

What You’ll Do
- Execute cocktails, sake, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Deliver a high level of hospitality at the bar and support the floor team during service
- Place and manage liquor, wine, and bar supply orders
- Ensure all recipes, prep, and service standards are followed consistently
- Handle guest interactions and feedback with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of bartending experience in a quality-focused restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, sake, and wine
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- A passion for hospitality and guest experience
