We are seeking a hands-on Store & Cardlock Supervisor to oversee operations at both Princeton and Merritt, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff, managing in-store merchandise, purchasing and inventory, and ensuring compliance with all site safety regulations and business practices.
Key Responsibilities
Staffing: Hire, Train & Schedule
· Hire front-line staff for both locations in coordination with ownership/management.
· Train new and existing staff on procedures, POS systems, cardlock operations, customer service, and safety.
· Schedule staff at both locations: create, manage, and adjust weekly schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
· Coordinate vacation, sick time, and shift coverage; track hours and communicate with management as needed.
In-Store Merchandise Management
· Manage in-store merchandise layout and displays to maximize sales and customer experience.
· Ensure pricing, signage, and promotions are accurate and current.
· Monitor product mix and recommend new items, seasonal products, and deletions.
· Maintain clean, well-organized shelves, coolers, and displays.
· Complete weekly marketing for each site
Requirements
· Must be able to work onsite a minimum of 30 hours per week across the Princeton and Merritt locations
· Reliable transportation between sites. (Travel paid)
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed.
· Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Compensation & Benefits
· Hourly wage: $23.50 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
