RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose and repair residential and commercial
plumbing systems, including water lines, fixtures,
drainage, and hot water systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and service work,
ensuring reliable performance for our customers.
Support emergency service calls and participate in
an on-call rotation as needed.
Accurately document service work and
communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
Assist in quoting small service jobs and collaborate
with our estimating and project teams as required.
Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism,
and workmanship at all times.
Respectfully operate and maintain a company-
provided service vehicle and tools.
