About Rezzet
Rezzet is a 100% natural dog food brand launching in Calgary, Canada, this Summer. Our technology eliminates the need for refrigeration — no preservatives, no freezer. We're building a subscription-based, direct-to-consumer model.
The Role
We're looking for a part-time veterinary consultant to support our customers through short, remote consultations, paid hourly (bank of hours model).
What you'll do
- Answer customer questions about whether to subscribe
- Follow up with customers who purchased a trial kit, checking how their dog is adjusting to the new diet
- Provide quick, reassuring consultations (average 15 minutes) to build customer confidence
- Respond within a 24-hour business-day SLA
Compensation
- Hourly rate: CAD $60/hour
- Fully remote, flexible hours within SLA
Requirements
- Active veterinary license (or Canadian equivalent)
- Strong communication skills, empathetic and consultative approach
- Comfortable with remote, fast-paced customer interactions
- Living in Canada - preferably in Calgary or Vancouver.
