Vernon Catering & Hospitality Group (Wings) is looking for EXPERIENCED CHEFS / COOKS.
Our group has two big, busy, and beautiful restaurant locations committed to excellent hospitality. We are situated in the city’s busiest neighborhoods, workplace hubs, and tourist destinations.

Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, including washing, chopping, and storing vegetables, meats, and sauces, and cooking dishes to order or in batches.
- Kitchen Operations: Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies.
- Menu Adherence: Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications to ensure consistency.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean workspace, follow food handling regulations, and clean equipment to prevent contamination.
- Inventory Management: Monitor food stock, report shortages, and assist with inventory management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional kitchen experience, often working in fast-paced environments.
- Culinary Knowledge: Understanding of cooking techniques, recipe adherence, and ingredient safety.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work in high-temperature environments.
- Certification: ServSafe certification or local food handling certification is often required or preferred.
- Teamwork & Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with other kitchen staff.
Previous experience required.
