Responsibilities
- Perform detailed landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, edging, and planting to keep grounds pristine and visually appealing
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for trimming, digging, planting, and other gardening activities
- Implement horticultural best practices to promote healthy plant growth and prevent pests or diseases
- Assist with planting new flora, replacing mulch, and seasonal flower bed updates to enhance landscape aesthetics
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly
- Support the overall upkeep of outdoor spaces by cleaning tools, managing waste disposal, and adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and landscape design principles
- Proficiency with hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and hoes; familiarity with power tools like trimmers and blowers is preferred
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
