Director of Operations & Finance (Future growth Track)
Location: North York, ON (100% On-Site) Target Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 CAD + Performance Bonuses Tied Directly to Corporate Revenue & EBITDA Milestones

This is an intensive, high-autonomy role designed for a leader who wants to transition from financial frameworks into full operational scale. You are entering this business as the right hand to the CEO. If you possess the raw velocity, operational resilience, and natural business instincts required, your direct track is to transition into the #2 role, taking over full operational execution of the entire company.
You will earn this seat in the trenches over the next few years by ruthlessly protecting direct contribution margins, eliminating inventory leakage, building a "fix-it-first-time" culture, and optimizing system execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Process & SOP Enforcement: Directly author, implement, and enforce strict accountability and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across our field, route, and on-site production teams to eliminate operational friction.
- Compliance & Governance: Take absolute internal ownership of all financial compliance, reporting workflows, corporate governance, and day-to-day transaction flows.
- KPI Optimization: Learn and master the core financial and logistical levers of a high-volume route business, identifying margin leaks and tracking daily efficiency signals.
- Payment Architecture Management: Modernize our automated spend ingestion and inventory valuation systems to drive absolute precision across multiple data sources.
Prerequisite Experience & Technical Capability
- The Foundation: 4+ years of full-cycle accounting, ledger control, and financial operations experience. Sizable experience in public accounting (CPA tracking or designated) followed by hands-on private industry execution is a strong asset.
- Grounded Upbringing: Direct experience growing up in or working within a fast-paced family business, route-logistics network, or physical product manufacturing hub. You understand the grit required to build an enterprise and lead by example.
- Advanced Data Literacy: Highly proficient with modern accounting software and AI architecture. You must possess the data literacy to navigate data views, interpret system telemetry, and analyze exception reporting to catch inventory discrepancies.
- Process Builder: Proven track record of drafting, deploying, and personally auditing standard operating procedures (SOPs) where your enforcement directly improved operational outcomes.
- System Automation Fluency: Practical experience using or deploying modern automated payment frameworks, spend-management platforms, or advanced inventory matching engines to streamline accounts payable.

Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
