Job Title: Safety & Fleet Support

We are recruiting for a dependable and detail-oriented Safety & Fleet Support team member to join our team located in South Surrey, BC. This position supports driver safety, fleet maintenance, regulatory compliance, and the accurate administration of important fleet and safety records. To succeed in this role you should have:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential driver, incident, and company information professionally
- Ability to follow up on outstanding items and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet administration, or safety compliance would be an asset
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with driver safety compliance, documentation, and training coordination.
- Maintaining driver files, incident reports, and safety records.
- Coordinating fleet maintenance schedules and tracking repairs.
- Supporting compliance with NSC/DOT requirements and internal safety policies.
- Maintaining fleet documentation, including permits, insurance, and registrations
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
