Reporting to the Manager – Crusher Operations, the Superintendent – Crusher Operations is responsible for overseeing and directing the efficient operation of the crushing circuit and all associated activities such as planning, staffing, budgeting, cost control, and operational performance. Evaluates production and cost information and provides guidance in the development of operational plans and priorities. As part of the management team contributes to the establishment of the overall strategy for crushing and materials handling within the processing function.

Schedule: Three (3) Weeks On - Two (2) Weeks Off Rotation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline required

Professional designation or certification in a related discipline considered an asset

Minimum 8 years of experience in crushing, ore handling, fixed plant, or mining operations

Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory, general foreman, or superintendent-level role within crushing, ore handling, or fixed plant operations

Working knowledge of crushing and ore handling methods and procedures, including primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing circuits

Good understanding of technical and operating processes relevant to crusher planning, feed management, and production scheduling

Strong awareness of equipment performance, including crushers, conveyors, feeders, and stockpile management systems

Ability to maintain high levels of performance, focus, and decision-making over extended 12-hour shifts in a continuous operation setting

Ability to work at a remote location camp on a rotational schedule

Comfortable working and living in close quarters with the team
