A well-established, independently owned dental clinic in Fort Frances, Ontario is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join its team.
The incoming RDH will step into a full, established patient schedule from day one, with relocation support and/or a signing bonus available for the right candidate.
This is the kind of opportunity that makes sense for a hygienist who wants to stay busy, feel appreciated, and have a life outside of work.
You will not be expected to build a schedule from scratch, or work evenings and weekends just to maintain full-time hours. The patient base is already there, the clinic is organized, and the team understands the value of having a strong hygiene department.
Here is what the role offers:
- Full-time hours with 4 to 5 days per week available
- No evenings or weekends
- A full patient schedule from the start
- Competitive compensation, negotiable based on experience
- Relocation support and/or a signing bonus
- Eligibility for the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program
- Extended health benefits
- Uniform allowance
- A supportive and experienced clinical team
- A fully digital office with CBCT, intraoral scanners, and digital charting
- An independently owned environment without corporate pressure
For an experienced hygienist, this is an opportunity to have more autonomy, stability, and consistency in your day-to-day work.
For a newer graduate, it is a chance to step into a supportive clinic where you can continue building confidence without having to create your own patient base or navigate everything alone.
The practice is looking for someone who takes pride in patient care, enjoys building long-term relationships, and wants to become part of a team rather than simply fill an open schedule.
Fort Frances is also an ideal fit for someone who is ready for a different pace of life. The community offers affordable living, short commutes, access to lakes and outdoor recreation, and the kind of work-life balance that is becoming increasingly difficult to find in larger cities.
You can build a stable, fulfilling hygiene career here without giving up your evenings, weekends, or quality of life.
Applicants must be licensed, or eligible for licensure, to practise dental hygiene in Ontario.
All inquiries will be handled confidentially.
